Everything was perfect, it arrived very quickly and I was informed at all times about the whereabouts of the package. It arrived very well packaged and without any deformation, with large bubble wrap. Hello Kitty's faces are made of plastic, similar to the faces of traditional dolls. I thought they were plush, but this way is also very good. It comes with a very cute little card to write a little message on.
